"If this letter sounds a bit sappy, I apologize. I got the patches, they look great. However, the thing I'm most impressed with was your professionalism. I told you I needed these before Monday the 15th, you said you'd try. You offered to overnight them, but I said no, that I'd rather not spend the money. Friday, the 12th, a Fedex truck pulled up with my patches. If we could get all the businesses in the country together, ask them how many would dip into their own profits to meet a customers need,your's would be one of the few with their hands in the air. I appreciate that.Again, it sounds sappy, but among the masses of businesses that only survive for the mighty dollar, their are a few who put the customer's need first.
